The Dubai Food Festival Beach Canteen opened on February 27,
where 16 city restaurants have their own pop-up venues at three beach locations - Jumeirah 1 Open
Beach, Kite Beach and Sunset Beach - until March 8.
Built from refurbished cargo
containers, the Beach Canteen, which is open from noon till 11pm, includes a
diverse range of cuisines - Emirati, Mexican,
Egyptian, International, Italian,
French, and Japanese. Her Excellency Laila Mohammed Suhail CEO, Dubai Festivals and Retail
Establishment, said: “The response to the Dubai Food Festival
has been phenomenal with an opening weekend”.

1 Open Beach’s pop-ups will have a festival-like atmosphere that includes arts
& crafts and communal dining on picnic tables.
