The Far East cuisine
inspired restaurant’s kitchen is led by Yerson Belhi and offers tastes from
Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai, Chinese and Japanese.
The restaurant concept
was developed by owner Feras Alsalameen, and Chef Yerson Behi who together
designed the kitchen and front of house, hand-picked the team and fine-tuned
the menu for an authentic experience.
‘Street
food’ is also a big focus and the aim is to deliver a complete experience for
two based on an average price point of AED150.
